            Last night I created http://typefaces.freebase.com/ and populated it with the wikipedia Font infobox, so it's chock full of data.  

            Would you guys like to be admins over there so we could build this out together?

            This is a great idea for a base. I'd love to see a type created for Type Designer. Wikipedia has a list of type designers that could be a good starting point.
